The Wave

A history teacher starts an experiment in manipulation of the masses, teaching his class about autocracy despite being an anarchist, to demonstrate how easily the masses can be swayed towards fascism. The students unwittingly become enthralled by the idea, embracing a uniform, adopting a distinctive logo and salute, and ostracizing anyone not part of their group. As the experiment progresses, the lines between reality and propaganda become increasingly blurred, culminating in a violent confrontation that threatens to consume them all. In the end, it is revealed that the teacher had been playing a sinister game all along, testing his students' susceptibility to fascism until they succumbed to its darkness.
