Autopsy

In this 1975 Italian giallo-horror film, a series of seemingly unrelated suicides in Rome sparks suspicion among young pathologist Simona Sena, who suspects a serial killer at work. As she teams up with Father Paul Lennox, the brother of a girl killed in another apparent suicide, they unravel a web of deceit and corruption that leads to a shocking revelation: Edgar Riccardo, Simona's racing car driver boyfriend, is the mastermind behind the murders.
