Charlie Bartlett

Wealthy teenager Charlie Bartlett enrolls in a public school run by embittered alcoholic Principal Nathan Gardner after being expelled from several private academies. Charlie's natural charm and likability position him as the school's resident therapist, offering advice and medication to students. He becomes popular and dates the principal's rebellious daughter, Susan, but his actions put him at odds with Principal Gardner, who eventually fires him and is later reinstated after a dramatic confrontation.
