Kidnapped

In 18th century Scotland, young David Balfour is betrayed by his wicked uncle Ebenezer and kidnapped to be sold into slavery in the Carolinas. Rescued by Scottish rebel Alan Breck, who is fighting on behalf of Scotland's independence from Britain, the two form an unlikely friendship as they evade ruthless Redcoats and navigate treacherous landscapes, encountering a cast of characters including James Stewart and his daughter Catriona.
