Young businesswoman Angela Bridges (Rachel Nichols) finds herself locked with a unhinged security guard, Thomas (Wes Bentley), in a parking garage after getting stuck working late on Christmas Eve. After receiving assistance from Thomas and turning down his offer to spend Christmas with him, she calls for a taxi and waits in the lobby. When the taxi arrives, she discovers she is locked in the lobby and runs back into the parking garage. Angela awakens in a haze inside Thomas' office, having been drugged by Thomas, who has obsessively watched and recorded her for some time through the CCTV in the office block. As Angela tries to escape, she faces numerous obstacles, including Rocky, Thomas' Rottweiler, and her own handcuffs. She eventually manages to overpower Thomas, using a taser to ignite gasoline and kill him, before escaping from the garage and emerging into a Manhattan Christmas morning just as help arrives.
