Flicka

In this modern retelling of Mary O'Hara's 1941 novel, a headstrong 16-year-old girl finds solace in taming a wild mustang, despite her father's disapproval. When tragedy strikes and the horse is sold to a rodeo, she sets out to prove herself worthy by training Flicka at night and entering competitions with her brother. As the family faces loss and hardship together, they ultimately find redemption and a renewed appreciation for each other and their land.
