Adrien Williams (Lori Heuring) is released from a mental institution and starts a new life at a country club, befriending Brittany Foster (Susan Ward), a young woman who takes her under her wing along with her friends Matt Curtis (Matthew Settle) and Bobby (Nathan Bexton). As Adrien becomes more involved in the group, she begins to uncover the dark secrets of Brittany's past and the true nature of their twisted clique.
