Prey

A deadly shape-shifting alien infiltrates a country house occupied by two lesbians, and proceeds to study their behaviour for a sinister purpose. The film follows the interactions between the alien, who assumes the form of one of the women's missing partners, and the lesbian couple as they navigate their lives in isolation. As tensions rise and the alien's true nature is revealed, the boundaries between predator and prey are blurred in a claustrophobic atmosphere that draws both praise and criticism for its bold exploration of conflicting male and female sexuality.
