Kate Hunt (Lori Katz) hires Howard Cross (David Raizor), a local carpenter, to build her new deck before selling her property. As work progresses, Howard's peculiar behavior becomes increasingly erratic, revealing a complex and sinister personality that threatens Kate's life and sanity.
