The Seven Five

Meet Michael Dowd (himself), a corrupt New York City police officer who stole money and dealt drugs while patrolling the streets of 1980s Brooklyn. He was part of one of the largest police corruption scandals in New York City history, which led to his arrest in 1991 and subsequent conviction on racketeering and conspiracy charges. The film "The Seven Five" uses footage from the Mollen Commission investigation and commentary from Dowd and other involved individuals to tell his story.
