Home of the Giants

Home of the Giants is a 2007 American sports crime drama film that explores peer pressure, perspective, and the difference between a friend and a hero through the lens of high school basketball. Seventeen-year-old Robert "Gar" Gartland (Haley Joel Osment) is best friends with Matt Morrison (Ryan Merriman), the star of his school's team, but when Matt enlists Gar's help in robbing a small-time drug dealer, their friendship and the entire team are put at risk.
