In a not-too-distant future where law enforcement has taken a high-tech turn, the world's first fully cybernetic team, the Cybernauts, is deployed to deal with a crisis: a terrorist group seizing the British embassy in downtown Los Angeles and taking hostages. With ruthless efficiency, the T-Force takes down dozens of terrorists, but at what cost?
