One Deadly Summer

Isabelle Adjani stars as Eliane ("Elle"), a young woman driven by a desire for revenge after her mother was raped years earlier at their remote home in southern France. She becomes involved with Alain Souchon's character, Fiorimonto "Pin-Pon" Montecciari, a shy local car mechanic, but misdirects her anger towards his family after discovering a connection between them and the original assault. As Elle delves deeper into her quest for vengeance, her mental state deteriorates, leading to a tragic outcome.
