Driven by biological excess, a young woman with seven clitorises searches for sexual fulfillment, unaware of her existence until she's drawn to a deformed, drug-addicted penis that has left his body and is having sex with numerous women throughout the city. Her obsession leads to a grotesque and over-the-top encounter that results in a truly god awful love story involving intense sex, death, and mutation. This 2008 black comedy horror film from director Frank Henenlotter satirizes societal expectations of intimacy and pleasure, showcasing its experimental and irreverent style.
