In this dark, velvety French psychological thriller, Isabelle Huppert stars as Mika, a wealthy chocolatier married to celebrated pianist André (Jacques Dutronc), whose life is disrupted by the arrival of Jeanne (Anna Mouglalis), a young woman who reveals she may be André's illegitimate daughter. As Guillaume (Rodolphe Pauly), their stepson, begins to suspect that his mother's death and Mika's motives for her marriage are not what they seem, a tangled web of jealousy, family secrets, and deceit ensnares them all in a deadly game of cat and mouse.
