A young woman embarks on a road trip with friends to collect her inheritance from a deceased grandmother, only to stumble upon a horrifying presence in the family's isolated Victorian mansion, whose dark legacy is tied to a gruesome history of violence and murder that spans decades. The film serves as a direct sequel to the 1974 original, presenting a familiar yet twisted take on the Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise.
