That's My Boy

Adam Sandler plays Donny Berger, a middle-aged alcoholic who once enjoyed celebrity status for being at the center of a teacher-student statutory rape case, as he tries to rekindle his relationship with his adult son, Todd Peterson (played by Andy Samberg), born as the result of that illicit relationship. The film follows their reunion just before Todd's wedding and the various complications that arise from Donny's past mistakes, including tax evasion, a prison sentence, and multiple affairs.
