In this twisted sequel to John McNaughton's "Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer," serial killer Henry continues his killing spree, recruiting a new accomplice in Kai, a drifter who gets pulled into Henry's dark world with an arson-for-hire gig. As their partnership becomes increasingly deadly, Henry's code of conduct is tested when he murders Rooter, his former boss and friend.
