Andy Garcia stars as Duncan Mayor, a determined husband fighting for his terminally ill wife Suzy (Mary-Louise Parker) to relive their wedding proposal magic at home, where he sets up a real Ferris wheel in their backyard as a Christmas gift. As the townspeople object, Natalie (Mandy Moore), the live-in hospice nurse, tries to help Suzy make her final days special.
