Brush with Fate

A mystery hidden for generations is finally revealed as a young girl sits at a table in a painting that passes through the hands of various people. The film follows the life of this imaginary painting by Dutch painter Johannes Vermeer, which was created in his technique by American master painter Jonathan Janson. As the story unfolds, we see flashbacks about the people who owned the painting in the past, including a romance, an abandoned baby, and a man's journey to uncover the truth behind the painting. Characterized by Glenn Close as Cornelia Engelbrecht, the history teacher who shares these stories with art teacher Richard.
