The Last Frontier

In the gripping war drama "The Last Frontier," a group of young cadets from Podolsk's artillery and infantry schools are thrust into the midst of World War II when they're ordered to guard the Ilyinsky line of defense outside Moscow. With regular army units stretched thin, these essentially still boys become the primary defense against an overwhelming German advance, facing fierce battles that will ultimately cost them their lives. Their heroic stand outside Moscow in October 1941 bought precious time until reinforcements could arrive, leaving behind a testament to their bravery and sacrifice.
