"Rom" is a 2019 Vietnamese film that explores crime and violence in Ho Chi Minh City. The movie follows 14-year-old Ròm (Trân Anh Khoa), who works as a bookie lottery runner to support himself after being separated from his parents. As he navigates the complexities of poverty and debt, Ròm's life becomes intertwined with a rival lottery winner, Phúc, played by Phan Anh Tu Nguyen, whose intentions are not entirely pure.
