A surprisingly charming story with a positive message, "The Benchwarmers" tells the tale of three adult "nerds" who spent their childhoods wishing to play baseball, but never got the chance. They form a trio and try to make up for missed opportunities by competing against standard little league squads. With a positive message and plenty of humor, this sports-comedy film stars Rob Schneider, David Spade, Jon Heder, and Molly Sims in an entertaining underdog story that will delight fans of the cast and anyone looking for a fun, feel-good film.
