Virgil Travis (Kristopher Logan) is a wealthy psychopath who creates "blood dolls" to exact revenge on those who betrayed him, but finds love in an equally twisted and evil woman. He's aided in his quest by a trio of living dolls (Pimp, Sideshow, and Ms. Fortune), who are put into motion once he meets his match.
