Lena's life is turned upside down when her former husband Hannes, played by Jonas Karlsson, reappears after serving time for the abuse he inflicted on her. As she tries to move on and rebuild her relationship with her current husband Alf, played by Rolf Lassgård, she finds herself drawn back to the man who hurt her so deeply. The film explores themes of new love, affection, and paternity as Lena struggles to reconcile her past and present.
