The BFG

Sophie, a young orphaned girl living in a cantankerous and abusive orphanage, is snatched by the Big Friendly Giant (BFG) who blows dreams into children's bedrooms at night. The BFG takes Sophie to his mysterious realm known as "Giant Country" where she learns about his job of collecting, cataloging, and delivering pleasant dreams. With the help of the BFG, Sophie joins him in catching dreams, teaching her to fly, but soon discovers that not all giants are friendly, particularly the Bloodbottler and Fleshlumpeater who threaten their friendship and plans to expose them to the Queen of England.
