The Big Hit

The Big Hit is a parody of the serious hitman and gangster movies of the nineties, specifically John Woo. Think Pootie Tang meets the Naked Gun, it's a dark comedy that mocks the genre including editing, action scenes, and continuity. The film stars Mark Wahlberg as Melvin Smiley, an affable hit man who gets over his head in debt trying to maintain both his mistress' and fiancée's lifestyles, all while everyone involved in the caper is a dumb-ass.
