The River Ran Red

A 60-minute documentary about the epic search for survivors of the Armenian Genocide of 1915, The River Ran Red weaves a story of terrifying intensity using eyewitness testimonies from the filmmaker's own experiences as a survivor and those of others who witnessed this tragic event. The film takes viewers on a journey through the highland waters of the Euphrates to the burning deserts of Syria, culminating in the final resting place of those who died in and around the river.
