The Brothers Grimm is a fantasy adventure film that reimagines the famous folklore collectors and con artists, Jake and Will Grimm, as traveling scammers in Napoleonic French-occupied Germany during the early 19th century. They are put to the test when they encounter a genuine fairy-tale curse in a haunted forest with real magical beings, requiring genuine courage. The film is a darkly comedic tale of brotherly love, magic, and mayhem, with a unique blend of action, adventure, fantasy, horror, mystery, and thriller elements.
