Anguish

In the unsettling Spanish horror film Anguish (1987), a young ophthalmologist's assistant is driven to a killing spree after his mother hypnotizes him into murdering people for her twisted collection of human eyeballs. As he becomes increasingly unhinged, reality begins to warp and blend with the on-screen narrative, plunging both the characters and the audience into a surreal and brutal world of sadism and gore.
