Five college friends choose to spend their vacation debauching at the riverside, only to cross paths with twin brothers Simon and Stanley, who begin to knock off the campers in creative and gruesome ways. Crispin Glover plays both roles, as he takes over the identity of his brother after murdering him and his parents. As the group tries to survive, they discover that one of their own is a killer, leading to a thrilling game of cat and mouse. In the end, Kate manages to outsmart Simon/Stanley, but not before finding herself trapped with his brother's infant twins.
