In 2000, a group of film students in Australia take on the infamous slasher movie "Hot Blooded", which was never completed after its director was murdered. Determined to finish the movie despite ominous warnings from their professor, the group contact Vanessa, the actress who played Chloe's role, to return and complete the film. Their preparations are met with a series of gruesome murders, as Scarman, a masked killer, stalks and slaughters them one by one in the mansion where the original "Hot Blooded" was filmed.
