The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

Born under unusual circumstances, Benjamin Button springs into being as an elderly man in a New Orleans nursing home and ages in reverse. He has all sorts of adventures over the course of his life, but it is his relationship with Daisy, a child who flits in and out of his life as she grows up to be a dancer, that drives him forward. The film explores themes of love, loss, and longing through Benjamin's remarkable journey, which spans decades and continents, from the Great Depression to World War II. Along the way, he falls deeply in love with Daisy, but must navigate the challenges of his reverse aging and the consequences of his extraordinary life.
