In the year 2030, Major Motoko Kusanagi (voice of Atsuko Tanaka) and her team face off against a group known as the "Individual Eleven," a terrorist organization born from refugees who have turned to mass destruction. As they navigate this cyberpunk world, they must confront their own vulnerabilities.
