The Initiation

In this 1984 slasher film, a young woman plagued by a recurring nightmare finds herself and her fellow sorority pledges stalked by a killer during their initiation ritual in a department store after-hours. The story takes a surreal turn as Kelly's troubled past is revealed, linking her to a possible serial killer among the patients at a nearby psychiatric hospital.
