The Details

When a family of raccoons discover worms living underneath the sod in Jeff Lang's backyard, this pest problem begins a darkly comic and wild chain reaction of domestic tension, infidelity, and murder. Jeff Lang, played by Tobey Maguire, is an obstetric gynaecologist whose life unravels after his affair with his childhood best friend Becca, who shares her husband Peter with him. The situation escalates when Jeff blackmailed into a tryst with their neighbor Lila, who later turns up dead at the hands of his basketball coach friend Lincoln, played by Dennis Haysbert, inspired by a dream in which she was killed by an arrow.
