In a tense game of cat and mouse, two detectives from North and South Korea are forced to work together to track down a fugitive with ties to a powerful crime organization. Im Cheol-ryung, a North Korean officer, and Kang Jin-tae, a Seoul detective, put aside their differences to investigate the whereabouts of Cha Ki-seong, a notorious killer on the run.
