The Shakiest Gun in the West

Jesse W. Haywood, a dentist fresh out of dental school, joins a wagon train as a makeshift doctor after his stagecoach is held up and robbed by bandits. To secure her pardon for helping track down gun smugglers, Penelope "Bad Penny" Cushing tricks Jesse into a sham marriage, which leads to the legendary Doc the Haywood being born after he inadvertently guns down outlaw Arnold the Kid. As Jesse becomes an unlikely hero of the wagon train and town, his sham marriage is put to the test when Penelope leaves him for her real mission, but ultimately returns to help him escape from outlaws and Indians alike.
