Skater Girl

In a small Indian village, tradition and societal norms hold sway, but Prerna, a teenage girl, is drawn to skateboarding, defying expectations as she discovers her own passion and talent for the sport. With the help of a British-Indian woman, Jessica, who introduces the children to the thrill of skateboarding, they face opposition from elders and teachers, leading to a battle to build a skatepark in the village. As Prerna's love for skating intensifies, she must navigate her conflict with her family, particularly her father, who wants her to conform to traditional norms. Ultimately, Prerna finds the courage to pursue her dreams, competing in a national skateboarding competition and inspiring change in her community.
