American Heretics: The Politics of the Gospel follows four individuals, including Nehemiah D. Frank, Robert Jones, Robin Lavanhar, Carlton Pearson, and Bernard Brandon Scott, who are challenging deeply rooted fundamentalist Christian doctrine in favor of a more inclusive Gospel.
