A successful actress plays Lady Macbeth in a small New England theater, where she begins a flirtation with her young director, Adam (Peter Mark Kendall). As she delves deeper into the role, she's haunted by the ghost of William Shakespeare (Will Brill), who seems eager to make some changes. Meanwhile, actor Willie C. Carpenter makes a brief appearance in this film, but no further details are available.
