Bright Days Ahead

Bright Days Ahead is a 2013 French romance film directed by Marion Vernoux. The movie follows Caroline, played by Fanny Ardant, as she retires at age 60 and joins a computer class, where she starts an affair with the instructor, Julien, played by Laurent Lafitte. As Caroline navigates this new chapter in her life, she must confront her behavior, her relationships, and her sense of identity, all while trying to balance her newfound freedom with her responsibilities to her family and loved ones.
