In a world where the stars are disappearing, an orphan boy named Tim embarks on a magical journey to save Nocturna, a realm of wonder and danger, alongside his new friend, the Cat Shepherd. With the help of Tobermory, a narcoleptic cat who becomes his guardian, Tim must confront his deepest fear - the dark itself. In this original and poetic animated fantasy film, Tim discovers that The Darkness, a malevolent force created by his own fears, is threatening the very fabric of Nocturna.
