Sharpe Sharpe's Regiment

In 1813, Major Richard Sharpe returns to England determined not to see his depleted South Essex Regiment disbanded, and instead uncovers a nest of high-ranking traitors who threaten his career with a word or stroke of the pen. With the help of his trusted Sergeant Harper, Sharpe enlists in the Second Battalion under pseudonyms to find out what happens to the recruits, leading him on a desperate gamble that may not be enough to save his reputation, even from the influence of the Prince Regent.
