The Good Lie

The Good Lie follows Jeremiah (Arnold Oceng), Mamere (Oceng), Paul (Emmanuel Jal), and Abital (Kuoth Wiel) as they join a group of refugees escaping the Sudanese Civil War. After being separated and struggling to adjust to life in the United States, they meet Carrie Davis (Reese Witherspoon), an employment counselor who helps them find jobs and navigate their new lives. As Jeremiah tries to come to terms with his past and find redemption, he makes a surprising decision that changes everything.
