Crypt of the Vampire

In this dark and atmospheric gothic horror film, Count Karnstein summons a doctor to his castle to help his ailing daughter Laura, whose nurse believes she's been possessed by the spirit of a dead ancestor, Carmilla. As a young woman stays at the castle after a carriage accident, she becomes entwined in the mystery surrounding Laura's strange behavior and the mysterious deaths that follow. The film is based on the 1872 novel Carmilla by Sheridan Le Fanu and stars Christopher Lee in a tale of supernatural suspense and terror.
