Surf II

In "Surf II," airheaded surfer dudes Chuck (Eric Stoltz) and Bob find themselves piecing together the evil scheme of Menlo Schwartzer (Eddie Deezen), a mad scientist distributing a chemical agent that turns people into mutated zombie punks after falling victim to his addictive soda, Buzz Cola. With no help from their spaced-out parents or the bumbling local police force, Chuck and Bob vow to stop Menlo for good in order to compete in the big surf contest this weekend.
