Flighty young nurse Izumi Asakura (Arisa Mizuki) longs for a tropical honeymoon, while her doctor husband's career demands otherwise. At Wakabakai General Hospital, the appointment of a militaristic chief nurse sets a negative tone, which worsens with the arrival of Saruwatari, a hypochondriac desperate to be re-admitted after being ejected by security. When Saruwatari takes everyone on the floor hostage, chaos erupts, and Shoko Ozaki (not mentioned as having any role in this description) finds herself struggling to return to work amidst police chaos.
