White Lies

In the delightful 1995-1997 romantic comedy "White Lies", a young museum worker pretends to be an artist in order to impress women, but finds himself caught up in a complicated web of deception when an attractive art gallery assistant director overhears him and offers to exhibit his work. As he navigates this double life, he must confront the consequences of his lies and the emergence of genuine feelings for her, all while overcoming the racist prejudices that threaten to tear them apart.
