The Sender

A disturbed telepathic man, unable to remember his past, is admitted to a mental hospital where he begins to transmit his dreams and visions into the minds of those around him. Dr. Gail Farmer (Kathryn Harrold) suspects that John Doe #83 has some form of telepathy, and as she delves deeper into his condition, she becomes haunted by cryptic visions and a mysterious presence - likely his mother, Jerolyn, who disappears before being questioned further. The hospital descends into chaos as John's powers become increasingly uncontrollable, leading to a tragic confrontation between Gail and the projection of her own maternal bond with John, which is revealed to be a manifestation of his repressed trauma.
